Our crewing operation managers and Technical managers are fully responsible for the principal vessels assigned to them. Recruitment and selection, communication with vessels and principals, crew planning, co-ordinating crew changes, flag license administration and budget review and Technical issues are handled by respective operation manager in charge.
Most of the senior managers as well as our dedicated frontline operations managers have served with IOMS-PL for several years and are experienced Master Mariners or Chief Engineers with maritime experience and knowledge onboard and ashore in ship management companies. Personal service, quick response and attention to vessels and principals needs are instilled in our experienced and dedicated team members.
