IOMS-PL is presently providing approximately 4000 competent officers and ratings onboard with a wide range of experience on more than 60 vessels of different types in international and regional trade under different flags of registry.
Our seamen work in harmony with crew of all nationalities, races and religion. Whether single nationality or mixed crew, we have the experience to match our crew to your operational, trade and budget requirement. Our seamen are fully qualified to STCW / ISM standards and meet international requirements on English language and strict medical standards.
A large number of our IOMS-PL seamen have been with our company for many years. We have a high returning rate of over 80% in our fleet. This ensures a stable pool of seafarers in the IOMS-PL.
Each officer and rating assigned to any Shipowner or Principal shall remain within that pool so as to achieve continuity for both company and vessels.
